How the Economics Work
The model keeps launch risk low. You avoid upfront network capex. Most economics scale with subscriber growth.
Upfront infrastructure cost
You do not build a network. You do not buy spectrum. You do not hire network engineers. Primary investments are sales enablement (training, SPIFs, marketing) and any device subsidies you choose to deploy.
Revenue that scales with your base
You earn a monthly revenue share for every active mobile line. As your subscriber base grows, your revenue grows proportionally. The cost structure is variable by design — no fixed technology costs eating into margin at low volumes.
No minimum subscriber commitment
The out-of-the-box Reach plan requires no minimum subscriber commitment. Launch, learn, scale at your own pace. No penalty for a slow start — just a shared motivation to grow.
Maintenance milestone
Starting Month 4, a modest monthly maintenance fee applies if subscriber milestones have not been met. Milestones ramp quarterly through Year 1. The fee stops automatically when the milestone is achieved. This is not a penalty — it is a shared commitment to momentum.
This is not a penalty. It is a shared commitment to maintaining launch momentum.
