Understanding Your Revenue Share

Your primary revenue from the mobile business is a monthly per-line revenue share paid by Reach. Here is how to think about it.

What You Earn

  • A fixed revenue share per active line per month, based on plan type

  • Revenue share varies by plan tier — higher plans generate higher share

  • VAS products generate separate, additive monthly revenue per subscriber

  • Device sale margins earned at point of sale for ISPs with active device programs

How It Is Paid

  • Monthly disbursement from Reach

  • Disbursement is net of carrier costs, platform fees, and applicable deductions

  • Detailed reconciliation report provided monthly — line count, plan distribution, VAS attachment, total disbursement

What Affects Your Revenue

Plan Mix

More premium plan subscribers = higher revenue share per line

VAS Attachment Rate

Every VAS product adds incremental monthly revenue per subscriber

Lines Per Household

Households with 3–4 lines generate 3–4x the revenue of single-line households

Port-In Velocity

Ported lines generate full revenue from activation — accelerate port-ins to accelerate revenue

Full commercial terms — including exact per-line revenue share by plan, VAS rates, and milestone schedule — are available under NDA. Ask Reach for a commercial terms summary.
