Offer is approved
Storefront is live
Rep training is complete
SPIF is documented in writing
Reach Central access is provisioned
Escalation contacts are defined
Soft pilot is complete
Review meetings are scheduled
Do not skip the soft pilot.
It usually catches the issues that would become customer complaints.
